My proposal abut smoking causes cancer, heart disease ,stroke ,lung diseases, diabetes, and chronic. Smoking also increases risk for tuberculosis ,certain eye diseases ,and problems of the immune system, including rheumatoid arthritis. Smoking causes about 90% ((or 9 out of 10)of all lung cancer deaths . More women die from lung cancer each year than from breast cancer .Smoking causes about 80% smoking increases risk for death from all causes in men and women. also smoking five or fewer cigarettes can cause almost as much damage to your lungs as smoking two packs a day .That's according recent study from Columbia University that examined the lung function of 25,000 people ,including smokers ,ex smoker ,and those who have never smoked.
I choose this idea because a lot of people were causes with dirges smoking alcoholic. on our environments in all the world were effected .
Can smoking relive stress?
Research into smoking and stress has shown that instead of helping people to relax ,smoking actually increases anxiety and tension . Nicotine creates an immediate sense of relaxation so people smoke in the belief that it reduces stress and anxiety.

I used a cannon camera , because it’s very nice to used the camera to explain abut the images I captured a photos what looks like feeling events focus ,even to built my experienced to high level to be a professional photographer also I need to understanding to my flowers and my audiences to make my massage clear and understanding abut my work.
